Fleap is the first Smart Governance platform on blockchain for the delivery and exchange of digital assets.

This software is based on Blockchain Hyperledger technology for issuing and exchanging digital assets of financial and other nature (e.g., works of art). Fleap is aimed at those companies that want to digitize their corporate structure, providing services such as digitization of the shareholder register of SpAs and SRLs, management of corporate events such as capital increases, share transfers, shareholders’ meeting votes, etc. Through the digitization process, companies are able to ensure incorruptibility of data, transparency and immutability of the register.
